At Mountain Bikes, we want you to hit the trails with confidence; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in original, unridden condition with all factory packaging and tags intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or enter your order number on our returns page to generate a prepaid shipping label and return authorization form.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully secure the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we will notify you once the shipment reaches our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the equipment within 3-5 business days, after which your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method.
