The Schwalbe Nobby Nic is an all-rounder that works in every situation, no matter the weather, no matter the terrain. The Nobby Nic has the widest possible range of use: for Tour and All-mountain, difficult XC tracks, as well as technically challenging Enduro trails.
The Nobby Nic got a revised modern trail-bike tread design for 2021, with stable shoulder blocks for even more traction, enlarged gaps between blocks for better self-cleaning, and outstanding braking due to center stud arrangement.
Schwalbe Tire Compound:
ADDIX Speedgrip (blue): This compound offers the widest range of use and replaced the previous PaceStar compound. It has excellent speed, grip, and durability properties. Speedgrip is a good choiceĀ for XC, AM, and Enduro riding.
ADDIX Soft (orange): Provides outstanding ride qualities including excellent damping and powerful grip. It's a compound thatās amazingly good fun and yet is significantly more durable than the previous TrailStar compound. Suitable for year-round use.
Schwalbe Tire Casings:
Super Trail: The construction is designed to combine moderate weight and reduced rolling resistance with high cornering traction and puncture protection. A stable carcass with two layers on the side wall and three layers under the tread. Fabric layer over the entire tire together with APEX for additional protection. Tubeless easy.
